**Now the owner leaves a letter on my front door asking to change the review?? 100% absolutely not. How many of these reviews were coerced and not the real experience??? Scum bag tactics to show up at someone's house, is it supposed to be a threat that you will be back if I don't make a better review??😡The Lockout Garage Doors service tech was to be here between 10am and noon yesterday, he showed up at 12:37pm during lunch and minutes before my son had a class I need to be with him for.Today he was supposed to be here 10:30am to 11am and showed up at 9:50am while my son was in class. I homeschool my son (he has special needs) and I can't leave him alone for more than a minute or 2.I scheduled the times I was available specifically. Maybe he needs a new watch, but he can't follow a schedule. I scheduled with our maintenance guy by text, so there was no confusion at the time.I showed him 2 videos of the garage door remotes not working. He did not believe them to be true apparently and wanted to replace the entire garage door opener. The garage door opens 100% of the time with the button on the wall and the app on my phone.When I asked him to leave he would not. I asked many times and he just stood there at my garage door. When I said I have a camera recording, he finally walked away. I have the video, maybe I'll put it on social media.This guy is very unprofessional and I'd prefer another company.

A little over a year ago, the springs broke on my garage door. I called around and had a company come out and replace them. Then last week my garage would only open approximately 2 feet, I knew it wasn’t the springs and thought maybe it was my opener. I spoke to my neighbor who recommended Lock Out Garage Doors, he said he used them for years as did my father, who referred them to him. I then noticed the sticker from Lock Out Garage Doors on both my opener and the button that I pushed to open and close it and decided that I should call them to see what the problem was as they were who my dad trusted. Justin came out within 30 minutes of my call, and immediately noticed I had the wrong size springs for the weight of my garage door. He didn’t try to sell me anything, he just educated me on why it wasn’t working and the difference between the colors on the end of the springs. I had 2 white springs and it needed 2 red. He suggested I call the company to come replace the springs with the proper size to accommodate my garage door, and that the wrong size springs were causing more wear and tear on my opener making it work harder. He said that they should come make it right at no additional cost. I called the previous company while Justin was still here, explaining what he told me, at first they said they wouldn’t come do anything. But the person who replaced my springs called and said he come right over. Justin at no time bad mouthed the other company. Or tried to sell me anything. He simply explained the difference in springs and that the other company should have known the ones they installed were inadequate for my garage. The other company did come replaced the springs again with one brown and one white spring as said it was the same as 3 red springs. I called Justin back after the other person left, he said yes, 1 brown and 1 white is equivalent to 2 red. Long story short, if you want the job done right the first time with a top rated Company call Lock Out Garage Doors first, as I will from now on!

Incomparable service! Owner came out himself on a Sunday to fix our garage. Heard this is their regular work ethic! HIGHLY recommended!!
